Lavender's very name comes from lavare, to wash — and that is close to what she does in the body. She is one of the great calming oils, a remarkable ally for the modern world's most common imbalance: too much stimulation and not enough repose. She meets a body that has been running fast for too long and gently draws the heat of overthinking back into clarity.
Where the mind is racing and scattered, she brings the steadiness of a hand at the centre. Where there is held tension and a breath that never quite finishes, she restores the long exhale. The depth of this practice comes from 25 years of body-based clinical work. Corinna is a Senior Licensed Biodynamic Psychotherapist and registered with the Institute of Biodynamic Medicine — bringing the understanding of how the nervous system holds experience and how it can change, to every session.
She is also trained by the Gaja Collective as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant with advanced nutrition training through ANACT with Divya Alter — and in pure essential oils by Elena Brower with DoTerra and Tiffany Carole, Founder of Aromapoint Therapy. The Biodynamic Aromatic Practice is her own methodology — drawing on biodynamic psychotherapy, Ayurveda and the science of fragrance — developed through years of working with clients at the deepest levels of the body and the self.
